To return your order, please reply to the confirmation email you received from us after placing your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse.

The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains and odors. Please note that we do not provide return labels, so the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund using the same payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

What is the satisfaction guarantee?

We know that finding the perfect fit online can be difficult, as everyone has different expectations for comfort and materials. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase of Relixa menstrual panties from our website.

If the panties don’t fit, you can exchange them for another size or request a full refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

Conditions of the satisfaction guarantee:

This guarantee applies to the first purchase of each model line of panties.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
For all other purchases, standard return conditions apply – 14 days.

If you request a return, we will refund the price of one pair per model. If you purchased a set of three panties, you will be refunded the price of one set per model.

We would love for more people to try our product. However, as a startup, we cannot send large quantities of test samples. That said, we do offer test samples to bloggers as part of a collaboration and brand promotion agreement. Each request is reviewed individually.
